The tool is based on a set of indicators divided into 5 areas to measure your organisation. These indicators have been set by researchers and analyse the effectiveness of gender equality. This is proving to be valuable for companies, as two of the major challenges are:
1) they do not have data, 2) they do not know what indicators to measure.
The tool provides companies with a digital report visualising their level of gender equality, in what areas they are performing well, and where they need to improve.
The tool also produces a customised heat map where your company can click into each indicator, and get practical, hands-on, evidence-based advice on how to improve on these parameters and which strategies to put into place.
Organisations get Access to Equality Check premium by subscribing to the tool by a monthly or annually subscription. They will also get an “Equality Check” watermark to add to their webpage if they wish so that all employees can see that they are committed to the issue.
